We have NO MINIMUMS!
Yes, that’s right... No Minimum Order Required. You can order just one of any of our Tiara Gallery products and we will ship it right out. That's why we offer "No Minimum Orders" on all our products.
Return Policy:
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. With no exceptions.
It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. Jewelry is not returnable, unless defective.
Returning Defective Items:
You must notify Tiara Gallery within 3 days of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Items for return authorization.
Items returned for exchange with authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
Incorrect Orders Received:
If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item do to an error on behalf of Tiara Gallery, we will either credit your account or send replacement with your next order. If upgraded shipping is required you will be responsible for the additional upgraded charges.
We do not upgrade shipping for replacements, we will ship ground and further upgrades in shipping is at your expense.
In the event an order is “Refused” the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
Shipping charges quoted are for ground shipping to the continental USA. If upgraded shipping is required or shipping outside the continental USA please call or e-mail for shipping quote.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
Pricing Policy:
All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors on website or catalog. We are not responsible for web-site system glitches. In the event a computer "glitch" occurs you will be notified by e-mail to offer you a choice to continue with sale modification or cancel.
We ship throughout the USA, Canada and Internationally:
We offer USPS and UPS Ground, 2 Day & 3 Day Service for USA shipments. We also offer USPS for international shipments to help reduce your international shipping costs.
We ship FAST!
Most non-personalized are shipped out in 1-3 days. Please be advised that International orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process. You will be emailed an Automatic Shipment Notification when your order has been shipped. This email confirmation includes a link to the online tracking number and a copy of your invoice.
Additional charges, such as customs duties and taxes, are separate from this transaction, not calculated during checkout, and not collected by Tiara Gallery or Elegance by Carbonneau Company. We are not in a position to assist with or give advice on these additional charges. Please consult your local customs office/broker for more details.
Shipping Charges:
The cost of shipping varies per order. Shipping costs are based on the number of items per order as well as the dollar value of your order. Shipping charges are calculated when you proceed to check out from your shopping cart. Other fees apply for international orders, please see our Shipping Information page for more details. International shipping charges may be different than what is calculated at the time of check out. You will be notified of any shipping cost changes.
Calculating Your Shipping Time:
The chart below will give you an estimate of the time in transit. Please be aware that the transit days are based on 5 working days and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
For example: If your order was shipping on Wednesday and the chart indicates that it will take three days to arrive, then you would expect to receive your package on Monday. The "3 Days", does not include the day that the package ships. Therefore, Thursday, Friday and then Monday... would be considered the third day. Please be sure to keep this in consideration when choosing UPS Ground Shipping.

We offer UPS Next Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Saturday Delivery, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air and United States Post Office for International Orders.
